Independent professional with research activities on public policies related to agriculture, poverty and migration. Associated to CIDAC, member of the IFIE and Metropoli 2025. In collaboration with CIDE, he’s a consultant for private and public institutions on strategy, operations and organizations.
He’s developed several studies and assessments on public policies, state and municipality management. Hi currently focuses on substantial improvement of public education, collaborating with Unete AC and Open Learning Exchange.
He’s emeritus director for McKinsey &Company Inc where he collaborated for over 26 years as partner director for the office in Mexico. He’s the author of numerous college textbooks on chemistry as well as articles on agriculture, productivity, competitiveness, metropolitan economy, soccer and bullfighting. He has collaborated with several institutions for higher education, culture, arts, philanthropy and social service. He was a member of the Committee for Asistential Actions of the Nacional Monte de Piedad and Promujer.
He holds a masters’ degree in Business Administration by the University of Stanford, a bachelors’ degree in Chemical Engineering by the Iberoamerican University. He’s part of the Board of Nadro SA, Santander Bank, National Art Museum Patronage, and the Iberoamerican University Patronage.
